“Yoga is something that has almost always been a part of my life. Finding yoga to be a source of strength and balance for my body and soul, I have used it as cross training with my love for dance. Through my cross training, my passion for yoga grew. I believe in generating an atmosphere of peace, in using creativity and motivation to live life to the fullest, and is passionate about helping others realize that success comes from within. When I’m not practicing or teaching yoga I enjoy spending time outdoors with her husband and their dog hiking, running, and playing in the waves of Lake Superior.”
200 Hour RYS TULIVESI Yoga Integrative Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa Teacher Training 2017, Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education, and a minor in Dance at Northern Michigan University.
